Refund policy

Every pair of Sleigh Cheeks pants is printed and sewn to order just for you, so we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.

Damaged, defective or misprinted? If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@sleighcheeks.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you don't need to send anything back.

Lost in transit? If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, email us and we'll replace it or refund it.

Cancellations: email us within 12 hours of ordering. If production hasn't started, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days.
